Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
- Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
- Post contracts administration related to QS duties
- Carry out other contracts administration tasks
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably candidate with experience in high-rise building projects
- Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws
- Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
- SIA/ PSSCOC condition of contracts knowledge
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Able to work both independently and lead a team
- 5 days work / week
