-Min 5 years relevant experience

-Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills

-Good technical and contractual knowledge

-Knowledge of Autocad and BIM would be preferred

-Detailed oriented and meticulous in work

-Able to liaise with chinese speaking clients and sub-contractors
