Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

. Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing

. Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration

. Lead price negotiations for trade contractors

. Establish procurement strategies and execute all necessary procurement

. Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

. Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures

. Prepare and submit monthly progress claim

. Process claims and contractual payment

. Negotiate and award sub-contracts

. Prepare and manage Variation Orders with Clients and sub-contractors

. Attend project meetings and tender interviews

Requirements:

. Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English and local dialects with all parties involved in construction.

. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.

. Minimum 4 years of experience for Quantity Surveyor

. Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works

. Proactive, meticulous and conscientious

. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
