Monitor and manage all financial aspects of projects to ensure works remain within budget.
Prepare and analyze cost comparisons obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Carry out quantity take-offs and measurement works.
Prepare monthly main claims and variation orders for submission to consultants.
Prepare monthly subcontractor payment certificates, variation orders, and final account settlements.
Assist in project budget management, cost control, and post-contract administration for both main contracts and subcontracts.
Liaise and maintain good working relationships with project teams, consultants, clients, architects, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
Support sourcing of cost-effective and suitable materials across various project stages.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years M&E Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
Experience handling tendering for large-scale building projects is an advantage.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
