Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for construction works.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates.
- Develop project cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
- Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison.
- Support procurement with cost analysis and subcontractor pricing reviews.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures.
- Assess variations, changes, and their impact on project costs.
- Prepare and review cost estimates for variation works.
- Review and certify progress payment claims in accordance with contracts.
- Support contract administration, claims evaluation, and cost reporting.
