Our client is a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor. We are seeking a Senior / QS with strong heavy civil or LTA experience to protect project margins, manage site measurements, and oversee subcontractor accounts.

Manage contract documentation and ensure all claim notices are submitted strictly within the required project timelines.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, track payment certifications, and finalise main contract accounts to maximise project returns.
Handle subcontractor administration, including issuing work orders, evaluating their monthly progress, and settling their final accounts.
Conduct accurate measurements to ensure all completed works are fully captured for billing.
Process insurance claims promptly, ensuring all necessary details and reports are submitted on schedule.
