Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, and tender proposals for steel/metal works.
- Review contracts, drawings, and specs manage subcontracts and variations.
- Handle monthly claims, VOs, and final accounts ensure timely payment and documentation.
- Track budgets, cost control, and cash flow prepare reports for management.
- Liaise with project, engineering, and procurement teams attend client meetings.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 5 years experience in steelwork QS or contract admin.
- Strong in cost estimation, negotiation & drawing interpretation.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
