Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Quantity Surveyor Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Duties of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Prepare cost estimates and submissions for project variations
• Manage progress claims, payments, and final account settlement with suppliers and subcontractors
• Handle valuation and certification of works done
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings or on-site
• Analyse and compare pricing for cost evaluation
• Attend site, consultant, and technical coordination meetings
• Track and report on project cost changes and variation orders
• Support ad-hoc assignments and tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Survey or relevant
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
