Senior Quantity Surveyor

. Attend meeting and liase with clients and consultants in the administration of projects.

. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project quantity

. Prepare various building contracts, piling contracts & nominated subcontracts & contract formalization

. Measure & take off quantities for structural & architectural work elements
Responsible for quotation, comparison

. To manage pre and post contract administration in term of costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts & evaluation of progress claims

. Prepare variation orders, interim valuations

. Responsible for setting up contract agreement with subcontractors & suppliers

. Administer subcontracts on quotation, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extension of time, final accounts, contractual advice

. Will require to base in both Headquarter and off-site

. Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the company

. Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification

. Minimum 10 years working experience for both prep & post contract in building construction field

. Individual of the highest caliber who are confident, driven & with excellent interpersonal skills

. Ability to read & communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking contractors
