Join a reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record of delivering Singapore's landmark developments. They are looking for Quantity Surveyors/ Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their iconic building projects. Enjoy a 5-day work week and valuable exposure to large-scale projects.

What you will do

Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities for the assigned construction project.
Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates and subcontract packages.
Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
Manage progress claims, variations, payment certifications and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
Identify potential commercial risks and provide timely recommendations to the Project Manager and management team.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

What you will need

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor.
Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and variation management.
