Job Description

. Assist Contract manager conduct Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.

. Prepare contracts and documents.

. Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement

. Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation

. Assist in billings

. Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis

. Perform variation order

. To verify subcontractors / suppliers monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying

. 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor

. Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
