SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Scope

. Performs cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender.

. Prepare tender and quotations.

. Review and analyze Contract Agreement of a project from the client.

. Review and prepare contract agreement to subcontractors and suppliers.

. Progress claim to client.

. Finalization of claim/account.

. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

. At least a Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

. Must have at least 3 years experience as QS, prefarrably in Facade Industry

. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

. Great networking abilities.

Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas area. Shuttle service is provided.
