Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Carry out cost estimation for Tender/Project
• Taking out quantity and measurement accurately
• Prepare Quotation/Purchase Order
• Report to QS Manager prior to submission
• Ensure timely submission of Tender/Quotation
• Handover full set of tender documents to Project Manager upon award of tender
• To brief Project Manager on all cost estimation and appointed vendors
• Must ensure all documents are in order
• Must indicate on plan how the quantities were derived
• Attend tender interview/project meeting/VO meeting
• Source for vendors
• Prepare samples for submission
• Attend site showround
• Update movement chart and tender submission chart
• To follow up on tender result

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
• Diploma/Degree Cert
• Able to work under tight schedule
• Able to work independently
• Able to start at short notice
