Job Summary: Manage cost and contract activities for renovation projects, supporting project managers to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
. Assisted Costs & Contracts Manager / Project Manager in cost and contract management
. Prepared project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monitored cost variations
. Managed variation orders (VO) and extension of time (EOT) cost claims
. Handled tender processes including BQ preparation, quotation sourcing, evaluation, and award
. Coordinated with project and technical teams to ensure compliance with specifications and construction methods
. Reviewed and prepared contracts, agreements, and Schedule of Rates (SOR)
. Administered progress claims, valuations, certifications, and payment recommendations
. Finalised subcontract and main contract final accounts and settlements
. Attended site and technical meetings and advised clients on cost feasibility
. Performed ad-hoc duties and worked extended hours when required
