Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre-contract duties including cost estimation, cost planning, tender preparation, value engineering, and contract documentation.

• Manage post-contract functions such as progress payment valuation, variation claims, and final account settlements.

• Provide contractual and claims management support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

• SISV/RICS membership is an advantage.

• Familiar with Singapore building codes and regulations.

• Strong organizational, communication skills, and a proactive team mindset.

• Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for Senior QS roles.
