Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budgetPrepare and analyze cost comparison
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- To negotiate on pricing
- To handle any adhoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirement
- 3 - 5 Years working experience
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people from all levels
- Hands-on, good at multitasking, able to meet tight deadlines and willingly to work long late hours including weekends.
- To be stationed at site office
