Job Description
- Take commercial responsibility for assigned projects or major work packages.
- Lead tender preparation, pricing, cost planning, and bid evaluations.
- Review contract terms and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Manage progress claims, valuations, certifications, and payment recovery.
- Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and contractual adjustments.
- Monitor project profitability, cost commitments, cash flow, and final cost forecasts.
- Oversee subcontractor accounts, payments, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare management cost reports, financial statements, and commercial forecasts.
- Lead commercial discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Guide junior QS personnel and strengthen project cost-control practices.
