Looking for a responsible and Senior Quantity Surveyor with 4 to 5 years experience. Consultancy experience is a plus, however, contractor firm experience will be considered as well.
Job Description
- Attend onsite and consultants meetings and liaise with clients, architects and other professional consultants in the running and administration of projects
- Represent the Company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting and corresponding with clients
- Able to understand client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Prepare pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, budgetary study and project cashflow for the projects
- Measure and takeoff quantities for all structural and architectural elements
- Prepare tender and compile contract documents
- Participate in tendering process as well as tender evaluation
- Provide cost information and studies on value engineering analysis. Post-contract administration and management - valuation of progress payment, assessment of variations, cost control and financial reports
- Finalisation of final accounts of the projects
- Contribute to team and project performance by close collaboration and effective communication
