The core job duties and responsibilities is as below but not limited to any duties not mention or assigned by the Management.
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
- Assisting Project Team in verifiying Variation Orders Works,Progress Claim and Cost Control of the projects.
- Liaise with Main Contractors ,Subcontractors, clients and suppliers for project cost issues
- Documentations Control
- Must have Experience in the facade industry.
- Degree in Civil / Structural or Quantity Survey.
- Possess skills and experience in Quantity take-off, Cost Control, Progress Claim, Contract Administration, AutoCAD
- 3 year relevant working experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction industry.
- Able to work 5.5 days with alternate Saturday off.
- Willing to travel to Gul Circle (7 to 10 Minutes walk from MRT station)
