Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clarity and accuracy of project scope.
• Assess cost impacts, including value engineering proposals and variation orders.
• Monitor and track project expenditures provide analysis and recommendations on tenders.
• Review and evaluate contract terms, addressing any contractual issues that arise.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and adhere to safety and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor positions.
