Senior Quantitative Trader

Venture Search is currently partnered with a Crypto Native Quantitative Trading firm. Following a successful 15 months, the group is looking to expand their High-Frequency Market Making division with a Senior Trader, who will run the book.

The team currently consists of approximately 10 quantitative researchers and developers. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the crypto landscape and prior experience deploying HFT strategies. The role can be fully remote and comes with a strong compensation package.

Requirements:

• Minimum of $2 million PnL generated annually.
• Experience running HFT market-making strategies.
• Expert-level understanding of the Crypto and Digital Asset space.
• Proficiency in coding with Python and C++.
• A strong academic background (Bachelors + Masters/PhD in a relevant field).
