Senior Quantitative Analyst - Digital Assets

Position Overview:We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team. You'll develop new, and refine current, quant models that drive digital asset risk management and portfolio optimization for institutional clients. We wantsomeone who has a strong understanding of on-chain metrics, data modelling, and using quantitative methods to solve real-world financial challenges, ideally with a combined financial markets quant and DeFi background of several years.

What You'll Do:

Expand our models framework forDeFi risks and yields, allowing deeper analysis of institutional level opportunities through the yields.digital solution.

User-centric meetings & testing to identify key metrics for the roadmap.

Collaborate with our team of quants and developers to improve risk & portfolio optimization strategies.

Work remotely in a dynamic, startup environment - innovation and proactivity are key.

What We're Looking For:

A crypto/DeFi native with deep experience of on-chain data and financial markets.

Senior level experience in quantitative analysis, data modelling, and financial modelling.

Ability to think outside the box, act quickly, and thrive in the fast-paced startup world.

Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and problem-solving.
