Senior Quant Trader

We're looking for an experienced Quant Trader to lead the development and execution of high-frequency, market-neutral strategies in decentralized crypto markets.

You'll own the full strategy lifecycle, from research and design to deployment and optimization, leveraging proprietary tools, infrastructure, and capital. This is a rare opportunity to apply traditional finance skills to the emerging world of on-chain trading.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency, market-neutral strategies for DeFi markets.
• Analyze blockchain/DEX data to identify trading opportunities.
• Build real-time, automated systems that interact with smart contracts.
• Use custom datasets and analytics to guide trading decisions.
• Apply risk management to protect capital and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with traders, engineers, and data scientists.

Requirements

• 8 years running high-frequency or prop trading strategies end-to-end.
• Strong coding skills (Python, TypeScript, Rust; Solidity a plus).
• Deep analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Interest in crypto and DeFi.
• Fast learner, adaptable to evolving tech and markets.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DeFi, DEXs, MEV, or gas optimization.
