The Senior/ Quality Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of quality systems across customer quality, in-process quality, supplier quality, and continuous improvement functions. You will collaborate with site leaders and technical teams to elevate overall product quality, operational reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance functions across multiple locations: Oversee customer quality, in-process control, supplier quality, and corporate quality systems.
Develop and execute strategic quality plans: Align quality initiatives with organizational goals and ensure consistent implementation across sites.
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
Standardize quality systems & best practices: Work with site leaders to deploy synchronized and scalable quality approaches.
Enable innovation and engineering excellence: Apply quality techniques such as DFMEA, DFM, DFSS, QFD, etc., to improve product and process performance.
Lead and develop quality teams: Mentor, train, and guide quality engineers and managers promote teamwork and communication.
Define and track quality KPIs: Establish performance metrics and report insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Support global customers: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to maintain high service levels.
