Location: Ang Mo Kio Area
We are seeking an experience Senior Quality Engineer with strong quality operations familiar with QC lab & equipment calibration management
- Oversee daily quality operations, quality control & assurance on product specifications
- Review materials batch activities including incoming, in-process, final inspection, shipment release and lab testing
- Ensure quality inspections are aligned according to internal and customers established protocol
- Handle QC lab maintenance and timely equipment calibrations coordination to maintain operational efficiency
- Identify and initiate quality improvement processes and activities
- Supervise technicians & inspectors in work, skills upgrade and training development
- Work closely with manufacturing, R&D and supply chain departments to support operations and address quality issues promptly
- Report on quality metrics & KPI to Quality Manager and align with Global quality functions
- Lead non-conformance investigation and implementation corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years of working experience with background n quality operations, quality control, in-process, non-conformance management in a ISO13485 manufacturing environment
- Experience in handling lab equipment and metrology systems performing calibrations and reports
- Documentation Control and proficient in problem solving tools Minitab, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, 7QC tools, 5Why, 8D and lean / six sigma
- Independent, team player, able to work in a small team and customer oriented
