Senior / Quality Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing)
Singapore (North) | Full-time, on-site

About the Role
Our client, a global leader in precision equipment and subsystems for the semiconductor industry, is looking for a Senior / Quality Engineer to join its Singapore operations. You will own quality planning and control for equipment manufacturing, and make sure every build meets exacting customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing
Carry out audits, define inspection protocols, and monitor production quality
Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to identify and reduce quality risks
Lead continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
Train QC and manufacturing teams on quality procedures
Maintain quality documentation, records, and performance metrics

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
Senior level: 5+ years of quality engineering experience in the semiconductor industry. Quality Engineer level: 3+ years
Working knowledge of semiconductor and cleanroom standards (SEMI, ISO 14644)
ASQ CQE or CQT certification is an advantage
Experience in front-end semiconductor equipment manufacturing is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work with teams across functions
