Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements
Ensure construction activities comply with requirements.
Implement BIM360 QA/QC dashboards to show overall KPI metrics and status, and manage documentation tracking, distribution and submission.
Implement systematic documentation turnover system for all Project Quality related documentation.
Execute project system walk down packs to transfer punch items into Master Punch list database (BIM360), approval and issuance of Construction Completion Certificate.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Develop and implement QA plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and checklist specific to electrical works.
Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, Singapore standards(e.g., SS 638), and EMA regulations.
Quality Control (QC):
Supervise and carry out inspections and briefings of electrical installations: lighting, power, switchboards, MCC panels, earthing, cable routing, etc.
Review test reports and monitor site testing & commissioning activities (e.g. insulation resistance, loop impedance, functional tests).
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in electrical construction projects
Strong understanding of Electrical, Structure Cabling, and project documentation
