Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Must have

• Need NADCAP directly experience, basic knowledge/familiarity with NADCAP

• Able to read blueprints and drawings.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance and QMS compliance for products and processes.

• Review and update quality procedures and work instructions.

• Handle customer/supplier non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Conduct internal, supplier, and on-site audits covering ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP.

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and aviation requirements.

• Drive reduction of scrap and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years experience in Quality Management, ISO 9001 / AS9100, and NADCAP.

• Proficient in FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and root cause analysis.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of NADCAP processes such as heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shot peening, and chemical processing is an advantage.
