Senior Quality Analyst

Job Role: Senior QA/Lead QA

Location: Singapore

Role Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project leads, and others to understand requirements and establish testing strategies.

Plan, prioritise, and manage testing activities across multiple modules (Android app, iOS app, dashboard), ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile application and web application

Collaborate with software developers, project leads, and others to understand the requirement and identify test scenarios.

Perform manual and automated testing of mobile application and web application, including functional, regression, and sanity testing.

Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Design and implement test automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as QA Engineer or Software Tester, with solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.

Exhibits strategic thinking and the ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively.

Has a deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies, with extensive experience in manual and automated testing.

Experience writing test automation using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Katalon.

Experience in testing mobile application and web application.

Experience running automated testing using device farms.

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience with python is a plus.
