Senior QS/Asst Contract Manager

Job Description

• Provide in-house legal support in relation to general corporate & commercial matters on a company-wide basis
• Liaise with external lawyers on adjudication, arbitration, litigation and legal cases
• Conduct training and provide legal guidance on new regulations and developments
• Degree in Building/Construction/Engineering with certification obtained in Litigation/Arbitration Law
• Degree in Law is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience and have prior experience in Contracts Administration in main contractor companies
• Well-versed in construction litigation procedures & familiar with Building & Civil Engineering contracts in both public and private sector
• Excellent written and spoken skills, communication and negotiation skills
• Working area located at west region
