- Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure project quality standards are achieved.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on faade-related works and quality practices.
- Assess construction processes and procedures, offering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish, implement, and monitor internal quality control systems.
- Collaborate closely with production and site management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Prepare monthly quality analysis and reports for management on site and project activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in related field is preferable.
- Preferable experience in working with Contractors, and Civil/Building in faade installation works.
