Senior QA Engineer/ QA Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

.. Attend to Customer meeting and con call, to resolve quality issues and returns with effective 8D Reports.

. Work with the cross functional teams to improve the process, product quality and achieve the company and departmental KPIs.

. Responsible for resolving quality issues related to raw material, in-process, outgoing and customer complaints.

. Support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and raw material First Article qualification, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production by building a robust process.

. Monitor Supplier Performance and liaise with Suppliers to resolve quality issues and handling of NCMR . . Conduct Internal Audits and Supplier Audits.

. Responsible for environmental compliance conformity declaration of raw material ( Eg. RoHs, reach, Conflict Minerals, Prop65, etc) to Customers.

. Liaise with 3rd Party Test Lab on the raw material quotation and reviewing the Decapsulation Reports for Customer's approval.

. Co-ordinate with functional teams on Customer's Agreement documents and Sustainability related Survey.

.Candidates with more experience will be considering for senior role.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

. Degree in the field of Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent /Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in quality management / manufacturing environment.

. Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness assembly, PCBA and Electro-mechanical assembly, handling of new products from new launch to mass production , on the Quality control & handling of Customer complaint & returns.

. Possess good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO 16949 QMS, with auditing experience is preferred. . Experience in the Supplier audits and driving SCAR on material quality issues.

. Must be resourceful, independent with good analytical problem- solving , communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

. Experienced in creating Quality Procedures & knowledge of ESG Sustainability program is an advantage.

. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relationship skill.

. Good knowledge on use of excel ( vlookup) and data mining skill is preferred.
