Test planning and execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for both automated and manual testing.
Bug management: Track, document, and report software defects, providing detailed reports and collaborating with developers and product managers for resolution.
Continuous improvement: Work closely with fellow software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, contributing insights and feedback on product implementation as well as QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Skill Requirements:
3+ years QA experience, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in fintech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies, including functional, integration and security testing. Experience in APP testing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details to identify bugs, troubleshoot, and propose effective solutions.
Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and Jira.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
