Job Description

  • Position: Senior Python Developer
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop recruitment automation services for a global user base.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams.
  • Design and implement high-concurrency APIs.
  • Maintain ETL processes and message queues.
  • Drive automation for job posting and resume screening workflows.
  • Core Technology Stack:
  • Python 3.10+ / FastAPI
  • Celery
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Python development experience.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming and testing.
  • Ability to independently optimize SQL queries.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
  • English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.
  • Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid work model supported.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual salary: SGD 90,000 120,000
  • Includes performance bonus and stock options.
  • Visa sponsorship provided.
