. Develop and drive the purchasing processes and systems for supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and cost saving management.
. Work with suppliers to drive supply chain improvements through improved lead-times, quality, costs and apply appropriate purchase price / project pricing discount.
. Plan and manage inventory level to optimize product mix, inventory turnover and ensure fast-moving stock are replenished timely to support projects and operations
. Review of stock ageing to minimize slow-moving and obsolete stock
. Manage various purchasing reports on monthly basis
. Monitor/follow-up open purchase order, incoming shipment and filing of all supplies related documents.
. Take appropriate actions to resolve issues related to price / quality / quantity discrepancy / claims / delivery / documentations etc.
. Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned.
