Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities, including monitoring Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating delivery schedules, issuing supplier instructions, and following up on quotations.

• Handle supplier communication through phone and email.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

• Prepare procurement reports, such as Weekly PO Report, Open PO Report, and Cost Saving Report.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing.

• Coordinate subcontracting activities and vendor management.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational requirements.

• Source, assess, and onboard new suppliers.

• Provide team support by covering tasks during colleagues absence.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Diploma 3+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and formulas.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Strong supplier sourcing and evaluation capabilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and operational compliance.
