Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
  • Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain supplier performance records.
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.

HR Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes and interview coordination.
  • Support payroll administration and leave management.
  • Maintain HR documentation for compliance.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide HR support.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or HR Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement and HR functions.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems (InfoTech) and ERP procurement modules.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
