Senior/Property Manager (Public Sector Organization)

Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking a driven Property Manager/Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of common property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes for building services and estate facilities
• Manage and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, A&A, and R&R works across the estates
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance for upgrading and improvement projects
• Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth estate operations
• Attend to residents feedback, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in emergency response activities when required
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
• Min 2 years of experience in the property or facilities management function
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications would be advantageous
• Preferably possess experience in managing residential estates
