About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Property Manager to oversee the management and performance of the Group's property portfolio, both locally and overseas. This position is responsible for the full spectrum of property management functions, including leasing, maintenance, asset enhancement, and supporting the company's business expansion plans. The role requires strategic oversight as well as operational involvement, with regular reporting to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and supervise the overall operations and performance of the Group's local and overseas properties.
. Oversee leasing activities, including marketing of vacancies, tenant selection, negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administration.
. Plan and execute property enhancement, maintenance, and upgrading works to preserve and improve asset value.
. Lead property management teams across different locations, ensuring consistency in standards and compliance with local regulations.
. Conduct regular site visits and inspections, including overseas travel to manage and review overseas properties.
. Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports for submission to the Board of Directors.
. Support the Group's property acquisitions, disposals, and expansion initiatives in both domestic and international markets.
. Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient and compliant property operations.
. Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives within the property portfolio.
Requirements
. Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building / Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
. At least 5 years of relevant experience in property or asset management, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
. Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties, preferably with overseas exposure.
. Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams across different locations.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
. Willingness to travel overseas regularly as required.
