Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property & Asset Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of industrial and logistics properties across multiple countries. The role involves operational management, leasing, team leadership, budgeting, and coordination with regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of local and overseas properties.
- Support leasing processes including marketing, tenant evaluation, negotiation, and renewals.
- Plan and execute property enhancement, improvement, and maintenance works.
- Lead and coordinate property management teams across various locations.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and regular management reports.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and ensure service quality.
- Prepare professional documentation and reports for internal and regional use.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Building/Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in property or asset management overseas experience preferred.
- Experience managing industrial or warehouse assets is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Able to collaborate with regional teams and prepare reports in Chinese as the role requires frequent communication with headquarters and stakeholders in China.
