Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building / condominium.
Responsible for the effective supervision, training, guidance, and motivation of the Concierge Team.
General administration of all building works and service contracts.
Attend Sub- Committees, Council and General meetings and assist in the preparation of minutes.
Creating and maintaining good rapport with residents / tenants and attending to their complaints.
Plan preventive works schedule, conduct, and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works.
Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
Any other duties assigned by the Director / Residence Manager from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in relevant facilities management or property management
Conversant in Building (Strata Management) Act 2004
Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work well and build excellent rapport with stakeholders / partners / tenants and vendors at all levels.
