Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager.

In this role you will need:

• Be responsible for the creation of project Initiation materials including Terms of Reference, Business Case, Investment Summary. Define detailed internal and external client driven milestones and deliverables. Delivery of project / initiatives within timeframes and budget
• Lead and manage a team of change professional to successfully deliver projects / initiatives covering all stages of the project lifecycle i.e. Initiation to Go Live activities
• Actively manage and monitor project progress and resolve Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies and escalating as required, making recommendations to influence decision-making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation.
• Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project.

To be successful you will need:

• A proven track record of delivering complex, cross organisational / geographical business and IT change Projects
• To possess extensive knowledge and experience of working within the Financial Services industry with a background of Securities Services, Data Management or related sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to make decisions independently
• Highly motivated to make a difference on a major strategic programme, where there is high complexity, multiple inputting teams and technical subject matter.
