Senior Project Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple construction projects from inception through completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, safety and quality standards while leading a team of professionals to ensure project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects - from preconstruction through closeout.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and work plans.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor performance and implement cost control and efficiency measures.

- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams and junior staff.

- Provide and present project reports, forecasts and risk assessments to senior leaders.

- Prepare and present Technical Writeout for tender submissions and evaluation.

- Prepare and present WSH, QC/QA for project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, including large-scale or complex projects.

- Proven ability to manage budgets over $10M and deliver on time.

- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in project management software.

- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
