Responsible for receiving project documentation and completing project transfer.
Select equipment according to process requirements, and develop production plans based on project initiation notices; complete equipment coordination and reservation
Prepare for production-related matters, including new product introduction, safety assessment, review of R&D reports, drafting and tracking the implementation of batch records, issuing blank batch records, training production staff, submitting and tracking equipment technical modifications, monitoring material release, change control, etc.
Track project production, resolve abnormal situations in a timely manner, supervise the data integrity of executed batch records, lead deviation investigations and the establishment and implementation of CAPA, etc.
Complete and share project summary; optimize and improve project production based on production experience.
Cooperate with multiple departments, coordinate resources, and efficiently and effectively promote and complete project production.
Conduct preliminary process evaluation to identify and mitigate potential risks in advance.
Responsible for project scheduling and production planning within the team, ensuring timely completion of projects
Build an efficient team so that each member can release the initiative, motivation, and creativity.
Effective communication and cooperation between departments.
Cultivate and train subordinates to improve skills and efficiency.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
Pharmacy, management, chemical engineering or chemistry related
Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills reading, writing and speaking, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China and overseas.
Good proficiency in operating office software.
Master degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in production management or Research & Development
Bachelor degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in production management or Research & Development
Good coordination and communication skills
Experienced in leadership and subordinates training
Strong problem-solving ability
Guide and supervise the work of subordinates, lead and cultivate them.
Be responsible for the work allocation, assessment and motivation of subordinate employees.
