Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage software development programs, including defining program goals, creating program plans, and tracking progress against goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project requirements, scope, and schedules.
• Lead project planning and execution, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure that project goals are achieved.
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage cloud-based applications and services, including deploying and configuring cloud resources, monitoring application performance, and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure the security of cloud-based applications by implementing appropriate security controls and conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud application performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software program management, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proven experience in managing software development programs from conception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with software development technologies and concepts.
• Experience in managing cloud-based applications and services, preferably in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Advantage:

• Have experience with HCC / GCC development
• Have deliver Healthcare or Government projects that is of $5M or 2 years period
• Able to manage Day 1 and Day 2 team concurrently
• Strong with contract and vendor management
• Experience in developing C3, Crisis Management solution
