This position will be sitting in Infrastructure Department, IT Project Management Team. Candidate will be responsible to manage project budget, resource and schedule manage business partner, vendors and client relationships and report project status timely to Manager.
The team is seeking for candidate with at least 5 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience. It will be highly advantageous to have knowledge and experience in cloud, on prem, network and server.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Project budget as and when, closing period and yearly budgeting or forecast period.
- Manage resource and allocate resource accurately
- Manage each proposal for internal process before share with customer
- Manage and support PMO check when necessary
- Manage business partner and vendor as and when.
- Manage customer relationship when necessary
- Escalate and report to Managers while project facing major issue
- Report manager on daily basis in terms of budget, resource and project schedule
- Daily Team management and meeting is mandatory task.
Key Requirements:
- Must have Minimum 5 years of Project Management skill
- Must have Project Management experiences for several projects related to IT infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Familiar with cloud services-related, network, on-premises, facility, software and hardware technology and
- products
- Good to have experience in handling projects related to the security or cloud service infrastructure
- Good to have knowledge in OnPrem/Cloud/Network/Server for Project cost estimation purpose
- Demonstrate the ability and desire to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to speak Japanese and Mandarin are highly advantageous to have to manage clients from Japan or China.
- Good to have willingness to travel
