Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and SEQDC targets.
• Direct and manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, performance, costs, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental, quality, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, cost control, contracts, variations, and commercial risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee statutory approvals, project reporting, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
• Support tender reviews, business development, and pre-construction planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15-20 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in project management or senior leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.
• Extensive experience in large-scale building, mixed-use, institutional, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, contract administration, procurement, and cost management.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations and authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
