Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end construction and renovation projects, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Serve as the primary liaison among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver construction and renovation projects on time, within budget, and according to defined scope
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
- Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards throughout all site activities
- Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and equipment procurement to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality and adherence to company benchmarks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects with demonstrated success
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and Primavera, and AutoCAD
- PMP certification or Specialist Diploma in Construction Management is advantageous
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills applied to complex project environments
- Knowledge of Singapore's regulatory requirements including BCA, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Environment Agency (NEA), and Public Utilities Board (PUB)
