Job description

. Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.

. Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions.

. Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management

. Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.

. Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.

. Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.

. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

. Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred,
