Senior Project Manager

WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Central, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Contract: 1 Year + Extension

Start: ASAP, subject to security clearance

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens (SC) / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)

Experience: 7+ Years of Relevant IT Project Management

Budget: Up to SGD 12,700/month all-inclusive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT system development and maintenance projects

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and implementation strategies

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans

• Lead stakeholder, communication and change management activities

• Manage external service providers, vendors and contracts

• Oversee service quality, SLAs, system maintenance and enhancements

• Manage ICT funding, budgeting and procurement activities

• Drive procurement lifecycle including specifications, evaluation and contracting

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security and quality policies

• Manage project costs, change requests and service requests

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, timeline and quality

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of IT Project Management experience

Hands-on experience across at least one full project development life cycle

Strong project planning, risk and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong organization and people management skills

Advantageous:

• Agile Project Management experience

• Experience managing multi-million SGD budgets

• Digital Transformation project experience
